Investigating

After the recent security policy update on 2025-05-25, requiring all passwords to have at least:
• 12 characters
• One uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character
several users report being unable to login to the portal.
They see an error: “Invalid credentials” even though they reset their passwords to meet the new policy.
Investigate why valid, policy-compliant passwords are still rejected by the authentication service.
